Silent Echoes

Brings together female imagery, miniature aesthetics and narrative traditions rooted in the cultural memory of Central Asia. The central figure recalls archetypes seen in Uyghur murals, while the horseman and symbolic elements in the background reflect the memory of migration routes, myths and ancestral stories. With its layered surface—hovering between dream and reality—the work summons silent narratives that have travelled through time. In harmony with the exhibition’s concept, it creates a subtle echo between cultural memory and the viewer’s inner sensibility, inviting an emotional and visual engagement with the past.

reinterprets the ancient symbol of the Tree of Life through the cultural layers of Central Asia, where memory, time and human experience intersect. The gold and earthy tones evoke the worn, erased and re-emerging textures left by time, revealing the quiet traces of the past on the surface. The branching forms appear fragmented yet enduring, like echoes of a memory carried across cultures and periods. Aligned with the exhibition’s overall theme, the work transforms into a silent experience that evokes the relationship between roots, memory, and the inner voice of the human being.
